Meet Penny
Penny is the founder of Penny’s Serendipity House.
A private advisory, education and publishing house created to support meaningful, long-term growth across business, career and personal development.
With over 12 years of experience in tourism and hospitality, Penny’s career has been built progressively from entry-level operational roles through to senior commercial and strategic positions. She has worked across reservations, sales, contracting, representation, business development and market strategy — both behind the scenes and on the road — gaining first-hand insight into every layer of the industry.
This journey has allowed Penny to understand not only how businesses are positioned at leadership level, but how they function day to day, how decisions impact teams, partners, clients and revenue in real terms. It is this end-to-end experience that underpins her ability to advise, train and guide with clarity and realism.
Alongside her work in tourism, Penny brings additional professional experience in accounting and business operations, having worked through multiple roles from intern to management level. This background has shaped her strong understanding of finance structure, HR and systems; and reinforced her belief that sustainable growth cannot exist without solid foundations.
Education has been a constant thread throughout Penny’s career. Alongside her professional roles, she has studied extensively, completed specialised training and certifications, and taught both adults and children across different disciplines. This lifelong relationship with learning continues to inform her work today, from consultancy and professional education to publishing tools designed to empower confidence, creativity and wellbeing from an early age.
PSH brings these experiences together under one structure. It reflects a belief that growth is never linear, never isolated, and never one-dimensional, but the result of understanding systems, people and self, as part of a whole.
